My experience with this pair of headsets over the last few weeks has been mixed. You can receive a pair of earphones, a Type-C cable, a user’s guide manual, and a warranty card in the box. The semi-in-ear design is very user-friendly; you can slip them into the ear, and they sit well there without disturbance. I had no issues using the earphones in my ears for long hours, even while not listening to music. The feel of the earbuds is also compact. There was no use of any insubstantial material to build this product, ensuring its durability and long-lasting performance.

They feature 10 hours of playtime with a single charge, and the charging case offers another 44 hours. Charging the case fully via the USB Type-C port takes around two hours, and the buds take 1.5 hours to charge fully. The charging case also supports Qi-wireless charging; you can place it on a wireless charger, but it takes additional time to charge fully. The Environmental Noise Cancellation allows you to take clear calls with reduced distracting sounds. The best part is that they have an IPX8 water-resistant rating, which means you can use them in any weather condition worry-free.

Branding is printed on the stems of the buds, which have a semi-in-ear design. Some people find the in-ear design uncomfortable, so a semi-ear design suits them. It doesn’t block out your ear canal, is healthier, and lets a bit more airflow. So, you have a minimal chance of infection or any ear fatigue. They are made of plastic with glossy accents and don’t feel cheap. The grip is a bit off and feels slippery in my hands, but it’s more or less comfortable, depending on your ear design.

T21 has 14.2 mm Dynamic Drivers for music lovers, delivering clear, deep sound for an unparalleled music experience. It is common to think that earbuds with ear tips have a good base and sound quality, but these buds offer a great base even without ear tips. Remember that I used the base Plus in Equalizer Mode; even this shape provides a great music experience. The singer’s voice quality, the treble, the bass, and everything else are on point. If you want good quality music and don’t like earphones with ear tips, I highly recommend the Tonal Fits.

The control options are on the control tab, where you can customize the single-tap, double-tap, and triple-tap functions of the left and right earphones and the long-press function. A single tap on the left will play or pause the music, and a double tap will start the music from the beginning. Triple-tap on the left to activate Siri and decrease the volume level. Press and hold on to the touch area.

Now we have the right earpiece, and you can tap it once to play or pause the media. A double tap on the touch surface will play the next track; like the left one, a triple-tap will activate Siri. Tap and hold on to the touch area to increase the media’s volume, which is missing in many others. These are the default settings, and you can change them by tapping on each option in the app.

While listening to music, tap once to answer an incoming call and long-press for two seconds to reject it. If you are already on a phone call, press for two seconds to hang up or end the call. The app offers 16 equalizer modes; you can customize and save a new one with a different name.

TOZO tested the waterproof quality in a controlled environment and has been proven to be waterproof in certain situations. You can fully submerge them up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. It is important to note that the Bluetooth connection will instantly be interrupted if you dive underwater. My testing validates that you will lose the Bluetooth connection after submersion. However, my testing found no significant issues related to waterproofing by dipping just below the surface.

If you face extreme environments or weather conditions, whether you have a tough workout or are caught in a storm, this rating will protect your earpieces from water. You can charge the case via the Type-C charging cable available in the package and with the Qi-compatible wireless charger.

TOZO Tonal Fits T21 has Bluetooth V5.3 and an advertised range of 10 meters, which I found correct. It works fine even when I cross the specified range. Remove the buds from the case pairing via Bluetooth and perform a Bluetooth search on your device. Once you’ve paired them with your device, the earpieces will connect automatically when you open the case, making them super convenient.
